1Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms for DmAgent subscription services provided by ContAdGO OÜ. By subscribing to our Service, you accept this policy.
214-Day Money-Back Guarantee
First-time subscribers have the right to request a full refund within 14 days from the start of their subscription, without stating any reason. Simply submit your refund request in writing within this period.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
3Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period
• No refund is issued for the current period
• You retain access to all platform features until the cancellation date
• Automatic renewal for the next period is stopped
4Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests will not be considered in the following situations:
• Requests made after the 14-day trial period has expired
• Accounts terminated due to a Terms of Service violation
• Requests made after more than half of an annual subscription has been used
• Accounts flagged for API abuse or security policy violations
5Annual Subscription Refunds
For annual subscription plans:
• Within the first 14 days: Full refund
• After 14 days, within the first 3 months: Pro-rated refund for unused months
• After 3 months: No refund
Pro-rated refund calculations are based on the number of full remaining months.
6Refunds Due to Technical Issues
For periods during which you were unable to use the Service due to issues on our side (outage, data loss, critical feature failure), we offer a pro-rated refund or subscription extension. Such requests must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
7How to Cancel or Request a Refund
To cancel or request a refund:
1. Email us from the address associated with your account
2. Include your account email, subscription plan, and reason for the refund
3. Requests within the 14-day window are approved within 2 business days
4. The refund amount is returned to your original payment method
8Payment Processor Disputes
Please contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute (chargeback). Unjustified chargebacks may result in your account being suspended or closed.
